Admission

For students applying from Class 1 to Class 4, the admission forms for the next academic year are available for download here. Once downloaded, the forms should be printed and filled out with accurate details.

To ensure a smooth admission process, please submit the completed forms, along with required documents to the school office. A non-refundable application form fee of Rs.1500 is applicable.

Document required

• Aadhar Card of Child
• Aadhar Card of parents
• Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35 mm)
• Medical Certificate (only for disabled persons)
• Municipal Birth Certificate of the child in English. Official translation proof, if birth certificate is not in English.
• Optional Caste Certificate (in the Child’s name)

Original documents, as well as copies of the above-mentioned, must be presented for verification.
